About Marisa

I am a 2nd-year student double majoring in International Relations and Communications. Most recently, I have worked for the Department of Public Health Sciences as an Aggie Public Health Ambassador (APHA). I am passionate about using my knowledge and training to build community and educate students, faculty, staff, and visitors about Covid-19 and UCD’s public health guidelines. I also served as a photography intern at Performing Stars, a non-profit organization that provides educational opportunities to low-income students. On campus, I am part of the International Relations Student Association, Filipinx in Liberal Arts and Humanities, and Aggies Near & Far. In my free time, I love to bake, listen to reggae and pop music, practice photography, mountain bike, and discover new places.
